Shipping Policy

From preparation to arrival

Allow 1–2 business days for order preparation once payment authorization succeeds. Delivery travel begins at dispatch and usually takes 4–6 business days. These are separate estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date; weekends and applicable holidays are excluded.

Before you order

Review the shipping destination, address and charges displayed at checkout. Check apartment and postal details carefully. Carrier scans may appear later than the initial dispatch notice.

Help with a parcel

Email imahifefo57@gmail.com if tracking stalls, a parcel is lost, delivery is recorded but nothing arrives, or goods arrive damaged. Include your order number, checkout email and tracking reference; retain packaging and send photographs of damage where relevant.
