Reporting an item problem

Notify us within 30 calendar days after delivery if a product is damaged, defective, wrongly supplied, incomplete or materially unlike its description. This deadline concerns making the request, not having a return reach us.

Approval and evidence

Send imahifefo57@gmail.com your order number, checkout email, reason and clear photos or video of the issue. Preserve packaging and components. Wait for approval before returning goods; we then give the correct destination and instructions. Our correspondence address is not automatically a return facility.

Available remedies

Review and stock availability determine whether replacement or exchange is possible. After approval, an original-payment-method refund is initiated within 10 calendar days; your bank or payment provider may require further posting time.

Preference and legal rights

Voluntary returns for a change of mind, personal preference, an incorrectly chosen size or option, or no stated reason are not accepted. This does not limit rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
