Authorization and billing

Order preparation follows successful payment authorization. The issuer may decline, request verification or place a temporary hold. Enter accurate billing details and contact your issuer if authorization fails or a hold remains.

Keep financial details secure

Enter sensitive payment information only through checkout, never by email or ordinary support messages. Once a refund is approved, we initiate it to the original payment method within 10 calendar days; issuer posting takes additional time where applicable.
